Skinningrove Bonfire and Fireworks
Monday, November 5
Skinningrove, a small village between Whitby and Saltburn, hosts an annual event on the sea front.
At this year’s event there will be fireworks at 7pm. The bonfire is lit at 7.30pm.
Parking in the village is limited and there will be road closures from 5.30pm.
The event is free to attend – but the event does rely on public donations to keep going.
Thornaby Cricket Club: Saturday, November 3
The fireworks display will start at 7.15pm.
Entry is £3 for adults, and £1.50 for under 16s (who must be accompanied by an adult). A family ticket (two adults two children) costs £7.
Tickets are now on sale at the club.
Stockton Riverside, Sunday, November 4
The theme for this year’s display will be War and Peace.
Kicking off with a live BBC Tees radio broadcast and roadshow there is also music performances, a fun fair and food stalls.
The event is free and takes place between 5pm and 7pm. The fireworks display is at 6.30pm.
Corus Sports and Social Centre, Dormanstown: Sunday, November 4
The display, at the South Avenue club, will start at 7pm. Gates at 6pm.
There will also be a disco and small rides, and this year there is a spooky fancy dress theme.
Entry is £1, payable at the gate.
The Northern Echo Arena, Darlington: Sunday, November 4
The show attracted over 3,500 spectators last year so this year there will be increased capacity for those looking to watch fireworks, live music and more from the comfort of covered seating.
Tickets are £7 for adults, £4 for concessions. They are available by calling 01325 350267.
Wynyard Hall Fireworks: Sunday, November 4
Starting at 4pm, there will be fun for all the family, and food and refreshments. The fireworks display will start at 6pm.
It costs £5 per person in advance or £6 on the door. Children under 18 months of age are free.
